Why Us
Four things worth asking any bidder
- Ask us for the insurance certificate, and we will send it. Antioch does not keep a contractor register, so nobody has vetted the crew on your drive except you. We would rather hand the paperwork over than have you assume.
- We pull the permit and meet the inspections. Driveway work here carries a permit charged on project value, and the Village sets the width and setback. That is our job to get right, not yours.
- Four inches means four inches. The Village writes it down because enough contractors poured thinner. Ours goes down on compacted CA-6 with the air content ordered for a surface that meets road salt.
- We will talk you out of work you do not need. If the slab only needs lifting, or a resurface would do, that is what we will say.

On-site, in person. We measure, check what the ground is doing and how a truck reaches it, then put a written figure in your hand. Free either way.
Permit, pour, done
We file the paperwork, book a date the weather will co-operate with, and clear the site afterwards. Stay off it for seven days and it is yours.
